Hallcroft is situated on the outskirts
of the old Market Town of Retford which is located close to Sherwood Forest in the county of Nottinghamshire, the home of
Robin Hood.
There are many attractions to visit within a comfortable
driving distance
and
apart from the fishing on site there are golf courses a short drive away.
There
is plenty of open space on the site for touring vans or tents.
There
are electric hook-up points which are situated within 50yds of Reed Pool and 100 yds of Moat Pool. Limited Hardstanding
hook-up points are also available.
On site there is a toilet block with showers.
The on-site Kingfisher Cafe & Bar serves
breakfasts, snacks and
alcoholic drinks (Bar opening times are limited, but there are 2 Pubs within walking/short taxi ride of the site).
There is a Pool Table and Dart Board in the Bar area.
There
is a chemical toilet disposal point on site.
Pets are
welcome at no extra charge.
